Before contacting support
- If the app cannot open your ledger, do not delete the app. Use the rescue backup option shown on the recovery screen. Email the rescue backup file to support and we'll help you recover.
- If you are missing paid access, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Settings → Subscription. Apple may take a moment to refresh your entitlements.
- If a tax question affects your return, please consult a qualified tax professional. We're a recordkeeping app, not a tax preparer.
Helpful details to include
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro) and iOS version.
- The app version (Settings → About → Version).
- What you were trying to do, and what you saw instead.
- Any error message shown by the app.
- Screenshots if applicable. (No need to send your full ledger — we'll never ask for that.)
Subscription and refund questions
Subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled directly by Apple:
- Manage subscriptions: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
- Refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
If something feels wrong with a recent charge, email us anyway — we can sometimes help clarify or escalate.
Privacy
We don't have a server holding your records and we don't want one. The simpler your support email, the better — describe the problem in words, and we'll work it out without ever needing access to your data.
